Ideally you will be experienced in working in a retail or similar fast paced environment but essentially you will be client focused, commercially driven with a strong understanding of bottom-line. Your communication and relationship management skills will be very evident through a confident, proactive but sensitive approach and an ability to provide world-class HR advice to all areas of the business.
