As soon as you join us, you'll have a full induction to the business. After this, we will work with you to identify a route that will help you to achieve your goals and realise your potential by putting together your own Development Plan. Initially, you will probably make most use of our core development workshops. The most important thing to remember is that you drive your own development.
Does this sound like you?
Ideally you will have a 2:1 honours degree in a retail or business related discipline. You also need to be confident, good at getting on with people with solid commercial acumen. You will also be able to demonstrate good numerical skills, the ability to analyse information quickly, and be the kind of person who can take calculated risks to deliver results.
