Our Customer Service Advisors are the heart of our Head Office, as they make sure that both our store colleagues and customers receive a quality focused support service every time they call or write to us. They are the experts on all our products and services and trained to give customers and store colleagues the support they require quickly and efficiently.
During the busiest times of year; Christmas, Easter and ‘Back to School’ we take on temporary people to help us make sure that our colleagues and customers are receiving all the help they require. If you are flexible, willing to roll your sleeves up and motivated by hard work then you could join one of our teams when they most need it.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a customer focused role but we will ensure you receive all the training you need to be successful.
