From Counter Clerks to Branch Managers we have a range of roles where you can help our customers.

We first started running Post Offices in our stores in 2007. This joint venture was so successful, there are now over 130 with more on the way. The Post Office sells a wide range of products, from foreign currency and travel insurance, to ISAs and credit cards. All our people in these stores – both Retail and Post Office – work together to make the store perform outstandingly. These are some of the jobs you could do:

Counter Clerk

You’ll be on the frontline, dealing directly with customers. Many people are in a hurry, so you have to give impeccable service in a fast, efficient way.

Post Office Operations Manager

This role is all about leading by example and motivating your team. You’ll be involved in all aspects of Post Office life and run the branch day to day. You’ll also have the chance to put forward new ideas. Being a people person will definitely help you excel.
